Every machine we design is built around swappable modules — so when something fails, we fix it fast instead of taking it apart from scratch.
Most machines are designed as one fixed unit — if something fails, the whole thing goes back to the manufacturer, or sits waiting for an imported part. We design differently: the drive assembly, control module, and sensor pack in our machines are all built as separate, swappable units from day one.
That means when a client calls in a fault, we already know which module is likely responsible, we carry spares, and in most cases the repair is a scheduled swap — not a rebuild.
Contact us with the fault and pick a date and time that works for you — no open-ended waiting list.
We confirm the faulty module on arrival, either on-site or on our bench.
The faulty module is replaced with a serviced or new one — no full rebuild required.
Machine is tested and returned to work the same day in most cases.
