CAPTURE

3D Scanning

We capture the exact geometry of a physical part or surface as a dense point cloud — the reference data everything downstream is built from. Useful when drawings don't exist, when a part has worn or changed shape, or when a design needs to be checked against what was actually built.

Suited to one-off components, worn tooling, organic or freeform surfaces, and inspection work where the physical part is the only reliable reference.

REBUILD

Reverse Engineering

Scan data is rebuilt into clean, parametric CAD — proper surfaces and solids you can edit, dimension and manufacture from, not just a mesh. This is how we recreate a part that has no drawings, or improve on one that does.

The result is a native CAD model ready for redesign, tolerancing, simulation, or straight into production — 3D printed, cut, or machined.

3D Printing

Additive manufacturing for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures and short production runs — built up layer by layer in a material matched to the part's job, from tough engineering plastics to fine-detail resins.

Fast to iterate and free of tooling costs, making it the natural first physical proof of a reverse-engineered or newly designed part.

SUBTRACTIVE

Outsource Laser Cutting & CNC Machining

For parts that need to be cut from sheet or machined from solid stock, we coordinate precision laser cutting and CNC machining through our outsource network — in aluminium, stainless steel, brass and plastics, held to the tolerances the drawing calls for.

One point of contact manages the drawing, the quote and the finished part, so you're not chasing multiple suppliers for one job.

to the part.

The right material depends on load, environment and finish — here's what's available through our CNC machining network, grouped the way a machinist calls it out on a drawing.

Aluminium

6061 · 7075

6061 for general-purpose strength and easy machining, 7075 where a higher strength-to-weight ratio is worth the extra cost.

Steel

SUS304 · 45#

SUS304 stainless for corrosion resistance and hygiene, 45# carbon steel where raw strength matters more than rust resistance.

Copper & Brass

Brass H59 · Copper T2

H59 brass for fittings, bushings and decorative work; T2 copper wherever electrical or thermal conductivity is the priority.

Plastics

POM · PC · ABS · FR4 · PMMA · PA6 · Bakelite

From tough engineering plastics like POM and Nylon PA6, to PMMA for clarity, ABS for general-purpose parts, PC for impact resistance, FR4 for electrical insulation, and Bakelite for heat-resistant parts.

Tolerance down to ±0.05mm on CNC milled and turned parts, across all materials listed above.
